Jeffrey Hodes has provided asset management services, in Mont-Tremblant, to several joint ventures owned by domestic and foreign investors. He has managed income producing properties in the Old Village of Mont-Tremblant..And he has worked on feasibility studies for active development projects,including: 200,000 SF of vacant land into a mixed-used commercial development in St-Jovite, a 5-star hotel-spa overlooking Lake Tremblant, and a Wellness Center. He also has managed income producing properties in the Old Village of Mont-Tremblant.

Jeff’s real estate career began 8-years ago—specializing in Mont-Tremblant and Montreal. A former New Yorker, Jeff completed the coursework for a Master in Real Estate Finance, at Columbia University, through the adult General Studies program, in 1986. He splits his time between Mont-Tremblant and Montreal and is married with two children.
